 Arts4Vets Continuing Wellness Classes
Free expressive art classes provide Veterans with a creative outlet to reduce stress, build connections, and support their mental wellness in a welcoming environment. Every class includes all supplies and is designed to encourage healing, creativity, and community. 

Our Wellness Art Programs focus on creative activities that support emotional balance, mindfulness, and resilience. Each session encourages veterans to reconnect with themselves and find calm through creativity. 

Our Executive Resilience & Growth (ERG) program meets Veterans where they work while helping companies build stronger, more connected workplaces. Through creative, hands-on experiences, we support employee well-being, strengthen Employee Resource Groups, and foster a culture of resilience and teamwork.

 The Open Studio Program invites veterans to freely explore their creativity in a calm, judgment-free environment. It’s a place to unwind, connect, and express through art—no agenda, just creation. 

 Therapist-Assisted Programs blend creativity and professional support, offering veterans a structured, compassionate path toward healing and self-understanding.

 Capt. S Claus brings the spirit of giving to life sharing art kits, creative gifts, and encouragement with veterans and their loved ones to remind them they’re never forgotten.

 Operation Rehabilitation brings creative wellness and expressive arts programs to incarcerated Veterans, providing healthy outlets for self-expression, personal growth, and resilience. Through collaboration with correctional facilities and Veteran organizations, we help participants prepare for a successful transition back into their communities. 

The CAV Book (Created by IU Rural Engarment) is an evidence-informed guide that uses arts-based exercises, Veteran stories, and wellness resources to support reflection, stress reduction, and personal growth. As an authorized distributor, True Top 1% Foundation provides this valuable resource to help Veterans continue their creative wellness journey beyond our programs for free.. 

 Our Gold Star Family Art Program honors the memory of fallen service members through personalized memorial artwork, offering families a creative way to remember, reflect, and celebrate their loved one’s legacy.
