500k – 700k SQFT Building expansion
In our quest to bring national attention as a military positive Venue we want to expand our 100k building to a 500k-700k SQFT to become the go-to for military conferences nationally. In our purchase of the VA building, we also purchased the Gates building that sat in its parking lot. We bought and turned in that building into a Fitness Center, within 3 years of the opening of the Resource Center we want to buyout and flatten the Fitness Center to take over the parking lot to expand an additional 400k SQFT to the Resource Center. This will be an expansion of the Convention Center for our events, as well as be used for additional meeting areas.
Culinary Community:
In this expansion we will also turn our 1 in house restaurant into a community of restaurants that will span of 5 – 10 different options from the local culinary community. We will expand about an additional 4,000 SQFT of space to a communal eating area with multiple options, selling space to local culinary businesses space on 5 year lease agreement and sponsoring 1 or 2 up and coming culinary artist a free space for 1 year on a 5 year contract of space.
The Teams:
As part of continuous veteran outreach, we will have teams of 3-5 (based on Veteran density population) dispersed across the country to cover roughly 4 counties per team. Each team will be responsible for:
- Communicating with Veterans within their designated territories
- Set up and execute art classes
- Veteran outreach and follow-up events
- Distribution of CAV Art books
- Working Stand Downs and Veteran resource events within the Community
- Network and Communications with local TT1P Fitness Centers, VA’s, VFW’s, Vet Centers, etc about how we can help them help our Veterans.
Satellite Base of Operations:
A key part to the success of our Teams throughout the Country will be our continued relationships with the True Top 1% Fitness Centers, VA’s and Vet Centers. Each will be a pivotal part of our growth:
Vet Centers: Work as an outlier for the VA as a source for counseling not through the VA Benefits to allow for quicker access to key help and therapist, for PTSD, Military Sexual Assault and other Trauma assistance. As part of our programs all involve some type of therapist or clinical psychologist on staff. While we will have in development an on-call tele help app for our Veterans and stationed therapist at each distribution center (see phase 4 about hubs), to save finances for our programs, we will partner and work with the Therapist through the Vet Centers to lend help with our Art Classes on bases and throughout all of our local programs.
VA’s: They are our source of referrals working closely with Recreational Therapist on staff, we will also host art classes, and other programs at VA facilities and depending on size of the location and the availability of space, we may use it as a storage for art supplies and materials for our programs.
Fitness Centers: A synergic partner for our programs. As the Fitness Center grows nationally, so does our outreach. As part of the development of the fitness center, cross marketing becomes a major source of our brand awareness, carrying the same name, part of the mission of the centers in to become an extension of our Veteran Outreach program and sometimes as needed becomes a housing unit for our outreach teams.
Based on relationships, availability, and centrality of each location to the teams territory will determine if and what facility we will use as a satellite office (base of operations) central to their location.
After the success of the Northern (South Bend, IN) Distribution Hub a.k.a. HQ, we turn our focus on growth and logistics. To ensure we can logistically take care of our Active-Duty Military and Veterans throughout the entire Country as needed, as well lighten the stress load on Veterans supplies. We will have 4 hubs across the country target specific territories. Each distribution Hub will be a smaller version of the HQ of 50k – 100k SQFT per hub and distribution Center for supplies and a fully functioning studio and resource center. It will hold a fraction of services from what the HQ will house, minus the conventions center.
Each hub will communicate and work through a territory of Outreach Teams within their designated sections, North, South East and West, These teams will communicate with their superiors through each hub. And each of the other 3 main hubs will communicate and be guided directly by/to HQ (North in South Bend, IN)
After we have secured a strong support base for the US Military we will begin to test market certain classes and programs across the globe in Canada and Europe. We will work with the DoD to develop secured protocols to travel abroad to help our allies and their military veterans, to create a liaison within the True Top 1% brand with the US and associate allied Countries. Based on our success and ability to spread the art of mental healing and resilience we intend to open different True Top 1% Hubs on Military Bases and and/or US Embassy’s in Europe and Canada initially.
With the successful growth and developing relations with our allies and our DoD /Pentagon personnel, we will work closely to develop programs for the mental health needs of our military as well as our allies military.
