Following the completion of the business plan and securing the Gates Building, located in the city-owned lot adjacent to our current facility, we will move forward with design development. An initial architectural mock-up will be created to visualize the renovation concept and begin presenting it to potential partners, funders, and stakeholders.
The Military Community Support Center at 333 West Western Ave will serve as a beacon of support, connection, and resilience for the military community of South Bend and beyond. By blending hospitality, outreach, and resource-based programming, the Center will foster empowerment, well-being, and camaraderie among service members, veterans, and their families—creating a lasting, positive impact for generations to come.

Within three years of the grand opening, our goal is to expand the Military Community Support Center into a nationally recognized military conference and event destination. The current 100,000 sq. ft. facility will be expanded to approximately 500,000–700,000 sq. ft., positioning the venue as the premier site for military and veteran-focused conferences, conventions, and community gatherings across the country.
As part of this phase, we will repurpose the Gates Building, located on the former parking lot of the VA property. The structure, currently operating as a fitness center, will be acquired and cleared to make way for the new expansion footprint. The additional 400,000 sq. ft. will accommodate a larger convention and event center, expanded meeting spaces, and increased capacity for large-scale military and civic programming.
This phase also introduces a culinary marketplace concept, expanding the existing in-house restaurant into a community dining hub featuring 5–10 local culinary vendors. The space will include approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of shared dining areas and offer lease opportunities for regional chefs and food entrepreneurs.
To foster innovation and community engagement, the foundation will also sponsor one to two emerging culinary artists each year, providing free access to a vendor space for one year within a five-year lease cycle. This initiative supports both workforce development and local economic growth while enhancing the veteran and public dining experience.

To expand the reach and impact of The True Top 1% Foundation, we will establish a national network of outreach teams, or internal chapters, across the United States. These teams will serve as the foundation of continuous veteran engagement, ensuring that no veteran is left without access to creative, wellness, and support opportunities.
Each team—comprised of 3 to 5 members based on regional veteran population—will cover approximately four counties within their assigned territory. Their responsibilities will include:
These teams will serve as the face of TT1P’s mission at the community level—bringing creative wellness, connection, and support directly to veterans where they live.
The success of these teams will rely on strategic partnerships and shared operational spaces through True Top 1% Fitness Centers, VA facilities, and Vet Centers across the country.
Vet Centers:
Vet Centers will serve as key partners in outreach, providing accessible counseling and mental health support outside of the VA benefits system. To ensure trauma-informed collaboration, TT1P programs will integrate licensed clinicians or psychologists when appropriate. As part of long-term growth, TT1P will develop an on-call telehealth platform and assign stationed therapists at regional hubs (see Phase 4).
VA Facilities:
VA partnerships will serve as a primary referral source for TT1P programs. Collaborating with Recreational Therapists, TT1P will host creative and wellness classes on-site, while also using available VA storage space for art materials and program supplies when permitted.
Fitness Centers:
True Top 1% Fitness Centers will act as synergistic partners and, in some cases, serve as housing or logistical bases for outreach teams. As both entities expand, cross-marketing will strengthen brand awareness and reinforce the shared mission of veteran health, resilience, and community connection.
Selection of Satellite Offices:
Each outreach team’s base of operations will be determined by geographic centrality, facility availability, and local partnerships. This flexible, community-integrated model will ensure efficient operations and consistent access to veteran populations nationwide.

Following the proven success of the Northern Distribution Hub (Headquarters in South Bend, IN), The True Top 1% Foundation will expand its operational footprint nationwide through the development of four regional distribution hubs — strategically located in the North, South, East, and West.
This expansion will strengthen logistics, ensure timely resource delivery, and support active-duty military personnel and veterans across the United States. Each hub will also reduce the strain on national supply chains and provide a localized presence for outreach and creative wellness operations.
Each distribution hub will be a scaled version of TT1P Headquarters, ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 square feet, and will include:
While these hubs will not include the full convention facilities of the South Bend headquarters, they will replicate its essential services, ensuring nationwide access to TT1P’s programs and mission.
Each regional hub will oversee and support multiple Outreach Teams within its designated territory (North, South, East, and West). Teams will report directly to their regional hub, which will provide operational guidance, logistical coordination, and program oversight.
The three regional hubs will maintain consistent communication with the Northern Hub (HQ) in South Bend, which will remain the organization’s central command and administrative headquarters, ensuring cohesive strategy, accountability, and mission alignment across all locations.

After establishing a strong foundation of support for U.S. service members and veterans nationwide, The True Top 1% Foundation will begin expanding its mission internationally. This next phase will focus on introducing select programs and classes in partnership with allied nations, beginning with Canada and the United Arab Emirates, followed by future outreach opportunities in Europe.
In collaboration with the U.S. Department of Defense, TT1P will develop secure operational protocols for international travel and program delivery. The goal is to create a network of liaisons within the True Top 1% brand—strengthening relationships between the United States and its allied nations through shared wellness, creativity, and resilience initiatives.
Based on the success of these initial international efforts, TT1P plans to establish regional hubs located on U.S. military bases and embassy campuses in Canada and Europe. These global hubs will extend the foundation’s mission of creative healing and connection—offering veterans and allied service members the same opportunities for growth, support, and renewal that began in the U.S.

Building on decades of successful growth and strengthened partnerships with our allies and Department of Defense/Pentagon personnel, this phase focuses on achieving a truly global impact. Together, we will collaborate to design and implement comprehensive programs that address the mental health and wellness needs of both U.S. service members and allied military forces worldwide.

The True Top 1% Fitness Center and the True Top 1% Foundation operate in a powerful symbiotic relationship—each fueling the other’s growth, reach, and community impact. As the Fitness Center expands through franchising, the Foundation’s influence strengthens in tandem, creating a unified and holistic approach to wellness, discipline, and service.

These partnerships extend the Foundation’s mission, amplifying its initiatives and creating a united force for positive, sustainable change.
Shared Mission: United under a single purpose, both entities empower individuals, families, and communities to pursue disciplined, healthy, and purpose-driven lives. The Fitness Center fosters physical strength and resilience, while the Foundation advances mental, emotional, and social well-being.
Community Health Initiatives: Fitness Center locations actively contribute to the Foundation’s wellness programs by providing classes, expertise, and mentorship. Together, they deliver accessible pathways to health for all demographics—veterans, families, and civilians alike—creating ripple effects of strength and confidence throughout the community.
National Reach: As the Fitness Center grows nationwide through franchising, the Foundation’s programs naturally expand alongside it. True Top 1% becomes recognized not only as a leader in fitness but also as a driving force for community transformation and holistic healing.
Marketing Synergy: Unified marketing efforts and shared events highlight the joint mission of both organizations. Co-branded campaigns, collaborative fundraisers, and cross-promotional initiatives tell a cohesive story—one of service, strength, and total well-being.
True success extends beyond revenue or expansion—it’s reflected in measurable community transformation. Key metrics include increased participation in wellness programs, growth in Foundation initiatives, and demonstrable improvements in community health and morale.
Be part of a movement where fitness meets purpose and well-being extends far beyond the gym walls. Together, the True Top 1% Fitness Center and the True Top 1% Foundation are building stronger individuals, stronger communities, and a stronger nation.
