In full transparency, we have attached our annual financial statements along with our annual budget narrative. Our goal as a foundation is to maintain administration costs at or under 30%, with the ideal target set at 15%, ensuring that 85% of every dollar goes directly back to our veterans. As part of our commitment to efficient operation, our Founder and Executive Director leads by example by forgoing most and in many cases all of his paycheck as the organization grows. We diligently seek ways to lower direct costs, including leveraging partnerships with organizations like www.GOJ2.com, which generously provides our studio space for free, minimizing overhead expenses.
