Participants secure employment with local businesses throughout Northern Indiana while also contributing to the daily operations of the campus through meaningful responsibilities that build accountability, confidence, and leadership.

The Creative Force Employment Initiative (CFEI) is a structured 6–12 month transitional living program developed in partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to help Veterans successfully reintegrate into civilian life. More than temporary housing, CFEI provides the structure, resources, and support Veterans need to regain independence, achieve financial stability, and build a successful future.

Financial Independence

Veterans learn practical life skills including:

Budgeting
Paying monthly bills
Credit building
Money management
Saving for the future
Financial planning

The goal is to prepare every participant for independent living.

Mental Health & Peer Support

Transitioning back into civilian life can be overwhelming, but no Veteran should have to do it alone. CFEI provides a supportive environment where participants have access to peer mentorship, wellness programming, and connections to the resources they need to build confidence, resilience, and long-term stability.

Throughout the program, Veterans have access to:

Preparing for Independent Living

Reliable transportation is often one of the biggest barriers to employment. CFEI provides transportation to and from work throughout Northern Indiana, helping participants maintain employment while building financial stability.
