The True Top 1 Percent Foundation partners with Veteran specific Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and organizations to deliver immersive, art‑driven workshops that strengthen leadership, build teamwork, and inspire innovation. Rooted in our mission of honoring contributors and fostering healing through creativity, these sessions help employees connect on a deeper level—using art as both a tool for self‑expression and a framework for professional growth..

• Duration: Flexible sessions from 2 to 6 hours
• Group Size: Up to 30 participants per workshop (Call if you expect more)
• Pricing: All of our programs are offered free of charge to participants. In alignment with our mission, we have chosen to view these workshops as fundraisers for the True Top 1 Percent Foundation.

           These are donation‑only workshops, meaning:

• Veterans will never be charged, directly or indirectly, for participation.
• Organizations and supporters are encouraged to contribute any dollar amount they feel reflects the value of the workshop experience.
• Every donation directly supports our mission of honoring veterans, fostering healing, and creating spaces where art and leadership intersect.

              Your generosity ensures that these programs remain accessible, impactful, and sustainable for the communities we serve.

• Facilitation Team: One professional artist leads the creative process, supported by an instructor who connects the art experience to leadership and team‑building concepts
• Customization: Workshops are always free of charge for Veterans, regardless of group size. Each program can be tailored in advance to meet your organization’s unique needs. Options include:

1. Larger Groups: Accommodations available beyond the standard 30 participants.
2. Extended Sessions: Flexible scheduling for deeper engagement and reflection.
3. Specialized Themes: Custom designs to align with organizational goals, ERG focus, or community initiatives.

                  Alternatively, you may select from our preset workshop formats, which are ready to deliver without additional customization.

• Travel: Workshops are available within a 150‑mile radius of South Bend, IN, with travel covered by TT1P. For locations beyond 150 miles, travel costs must be covered in advance to ensure proper planning and delivery of the program.
