In the spirit of full transparency, we have included our annual financial statements and budget narrative for review.

At The True Top 1% Foundation, our goal is to keep administrative costs at or below 30%, with an ideal target of 15%, ensuring that at least 85% of every dollar directly benefits our veterans and supports our therapeutic art and wellness programs.

Our Founder and Executive Director leads by example - forgoing most, and often all, of his paycheck - to ensure that resources are directed where they matter most: to those who have served our nation.

We continuously seek innovative ways to reduce operational costs through strategic partnerships, such as our collaboration with www.JRsGallery.com, which generously provides our studio space at no cost. These partnerships allow us to minimize overhead and maximize our mission impact.
